Refund Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

We want you to be happy with HashShot. You can try it free for 7 days before you buy, and if it still turns out not to be right for you, we will give your money back.

14 days, no questions asked

• Email support@hashshot.app within 14 days of buying, from the address you used at checkout or with your license key.
• We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• This applies to new licenses ($25) and to extra years of updates ($19).
• Once refunded, the license is deactivated.

After 14 days

If something does not work and we cannot fix it, write to us anyway. We look at every case and will refund when that is the fair outcome.

Before disputing a charge

Please contact us first. We reply quickly, and a refund from us is faster for you than a dispute through your bank.
