One Mac at a time
A license works on one Mac at a time. It is a license you own, not a subscription.
Moving to a new Mac
Activate your key on the new Mac and choose Move here. The old Mac lets go of the license on its own, or you can deactivate it first in Settings, About.
Paid through Stripe
Checkout is handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number. Your license key is emailed to the address you use at checkout.
14 days to change your mind
Email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund, no questions asked. This covers the $25 license and the $19 year of updates.

Is HashShot a subscription?
No. You pay $25 once and the license is yours. It includes a year of updates. After that, another year of updates is $19, only if you want it.
What happens when my year of updates ends?
Nothing stops working. Your version keeps every feature for good. You only stop receiving new versions until you renew for $19.
What does the free trial include?
Every feature, for 7 days, with no account. When the trial ends, capturing and recording stop until you buy a license, and everything you made stays on your Mac.
Can I use one license on two Macs?
A license works on one Mac at a time. When you change Macs, activate your key on the new one and choose Move here.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added depending on where you live. Your license key is emailed to you after checkout.
